While the setting at Bisou Bisou is laid back and relaxed, the food is simple yet complex. That being said, when asked about his deconstructed banana pudding and the reason for making the dessert so “FANCY,” Chef Sebastien’s response was… “Yes but at the end of the day, it’s just a F-ing banana!!”
