Citrus cured sous-vide salmon on sliced potato crisps with a crème fraîche dressing - topped with diced cucumber and apples!

The Communion themed ‘Pursuit of Portugal’ is inspired by Cha McCoy’s new found love for Portuguese gastronomy. She will be partnering with Chef Shaquay for a second round for this Communion. Bisou Bisou is thrilled to be the venue for this dazzling event!
